Of course, it was that voice to stop him in his tracks. A voice that had been a ghost for a few years now. One that Elijah and Rebekah both teased him over. Kol knew better than to tease him, but he knew that his siblings did so behind his back.

"I'm afraid," Klaus says with a tiny hint of amusement in his voice,"-that you have the wrong man. I'm sure you can find who you're looking for at The Abattoir." A part of him wondered if his siblings knew that Jack was in New Orleans.

He turns and leans up against the side of a building, facing Jack fully with an air that just screamed predator," Now what on earth is a bayou boy doing up here in my neck of the woods, as it were?"
