The battle was over. Thanos was defeated and everything would get back to normal now. Wouldn't it? Thor had made his way among the people who returned from the stone, looking for the lord of Star and the others he'd met on the ship. After he'd been sure all of Rabbit and Tree's people had come back to them safely, he went searching for the Rabbit. They had to celebrate. Even his brother, Loki, had been returned to him.

"Tree! Rabbit?"

Rocket is pretty sure that stupid god of whatever he is was never going to get it through his head. Groot was nearby as he typically was. Rocket crossed his arms as Thor came into view. "I don't even look like a rabbit!"

"But sweet rabbit, you gave me an eye. You are a mighty rabbit!" He smiled and tipped his head to Rocket. "You have fur like a rabbit. And ears. Rabbits have ears." He looked over at Groot. "Hello Tree!"

Thor, sweet and lovable Thor, who was probably never going to get the names right.

"We have celebrated. Victorious are we, that we must go and drink and revel. To the victors go the spoils. Will you join me?"

Rocket is very nearly tempted to argue but an ‘I am Groot’ from groot indicating he was hungry is enough that he doesn’t... right now.

“Fine,” he says but he definitely doesn’t sound like he’s particularly pleased.

Thor grinned and led Rocket and Groot back to the palace. T'Challa had been kind and thrown a small celebration for everyone now that Thanos had been defeated. There was some Wakandan music playing and everyone was mingling with each other. Drinks were flowing and it almost looked like a party.

Thor led the others over to where someone was handing out drinks. "Three large glasses of ale for myself and my friends!" Thor handed drinks to Rocket and Groot, not realizing he probably should not be feeding alcohol to the tree person. "To winning!"
