Klaus watches Jack a bit more before moving over, wrapping an arm around the younger's shoulders, and starts leading them off. He isn't, however, amused by what the other tells him. There's no way in hell that anyone should be bothering someone that the hybrid has taken a liking to.
"You interrupt me for that?" He had, after all, been on his way to feed. "What is threatening you, Deveaux? Who do I have to rip the heart out of?"
“You know I like when you feed on me, cousin,” Jack says In a softer voice.
He’s still not so open in showing how he feels in public even though most
people know there’s something. He lets Klaus lead him. Instinctively he’s
hyper aware of his surroundings, every face and scent he can catch.
“If I knew I could have taken care of it instead of running away to you,”
Jackson sighs because if nothing else he is proud and needing help is not a
strong suit of his.
“Feed and then we can worry about the problem? Though I’m not sure you can
figure it out either.”
"Now who said anything about feeding off you?" Klaus asks with a raised brow. Oh, he'd done it years before and the other had tasted divine. Something about that bayou blood coursing through his veins. There was just something about Jack that tasted good to the hybrid. He does, however, keep the other close to him.
"Is that what we're calling it? Running away to me." There's a hint of amusement to his voice even as he keeps walking, leading them down a dark alleyway. It was a short cut to the manor but other patrons of New Orleans might get the wrong impression. Not that he cared what they thought when it came to the company that he kept.
He gives a bit of a smirk," I'll feed and then carry you home." Now he was just being a dick. "Though, we'll figure out the problem and then I'll tear it in two."
Jackson shrugs. He knows Klaus. He also knows he’s easier to focus when
he’s sated. “I interrupted you. From what else?” The human just grunts a
bit, rolling his eyes at Klaus rubbing his choice of words. He can’t say
it’s not entirely accurate. He had run to Klaus.
The shortcut through the alley made Jack uneasy, a crawling skin sensation
on the back of his neck but he made no mention of it. It’s probably not
related to whatever’s going on in the bayou and he’s just paranoid.
“You will not carry me, Couyon.”
Jack is adamant about that but he leans into Klaus. He’d definitely missed
him, there is no denying it.
“I really don’t know if even you can figure out what it is Klaus.”
"From ripping someone's throat out and making them pay for messing with my family."
It's simple and to the point. It wasn't, however, what Jack had interrupted. The last person who had done such a thing was dead and in pieces. Left for their loved ones to find. Sometimes people didn't understand what others saw in the hybrid, but that wasn't for them to figure out. Whoever was with him? That was for them to figure out.
He feels the uneasiness coming off of the other in waves but doesn't say anything, not yet. His arm still around Jack's shoulders keeping the other close. He does, however, give a bit of a smirk," If you're not able to walk after I get a hold of you, Jackson, then you won't be walking and I'll be carrying you."
The alleyway itself didn't seem so bad. It was dark, yes, but people would say that it was the company Jack was keeping," Oh, I'll figure it out, pet. And if I don't I know a powerful little witch who will."
“You wouldn’t be acting like this if that is what I interrupted,” Jack
knows better. Jackson just rolls his eyes. There is something in the
promise of the words that makes him shiver, not from fear but anticipation.
He did enjoy the feeding and the things that could come with it just a
little too much.
Jackson sighs but he continues letting Klaus dictate their path. He doesn’t
really want to involve more people in the Bayou mystery but once Klaus is
involved it’s not as if Jack retains any control over the situation really.
Though, Jack wasn't wrong. If Klaus had been about to rip someone's heart out, well... he'd be covered in far too much blood. Since he'd of already hurt a few people in the process to get at who he wanted. Funny how someone who hadn't been around for a while still remembered his nuances.
If Jack didn't want others involved then he should've had the hybrid come to the Bayou. Though, that wouldn't of actually stopped anyone from getting involved. He'd of still involved his family and his little witch. "Do you still taste as sweet, Deveaux? Or has your taste changed since then."
Jack glances at Klaus at the question and a small smirk tugs at his lips. "I don't know. I don't let anyone else try my blood, Klaus."
Jack had spent most of his time back in the Bayou isolated. There hadn't been a need for him anywhere and with his whole family dead he'd settled into drinking, tracking, hunting. Maybe his hunting had pissed off something bad or maybe something had followed him from New Orleans and had just now decided to rear its head. There's too many possibilities.
If anyone else drank from Jackson Deveaux, then he might have to kill them. Rip out their hearts and ruin their lives and those of their families. No one touched someone that he's fed from. Not unless it was one of his siblings and even then he's not exactly the sharing type. Which meant if anyone in the Bayou thought to... oh, he'd have fun ripping them apart.
He gets them further down the alley, somewhere darker, before pressing Jack against the wall and leaning in. His breath brushes against the younger's throat before those fangs sink in causing that sweet bayou blood to fill his mouth.
Jackson knew Klaus was possessive. He knew that could easily be turned on who he is possessive about as much as the person that he perceives as slighting him. But even with that, he'd never wanted anyone else to feed on him. It's a vulnerable thing and he trusts Klaus like he trusts no one else.
Jack had anticipated that Klaus would make his move at any moment but it still caught him off guard to be pressed against the wall. His hand went up to clutch at Klaus' shoulder, a shiver of anticipation as the other's breath teased at his skin a pleasurable tingle. Then the fangs breaking his skin, Klaus drinking from him and his head falls back. He leaves himself open to Klaus, the pain borders with pleasure. Klaus isn't vicious with this and well... for some reason, Jack had always liked it.
The sounds that came from his mouth, breathy and sharp were more moan like than a cry of pain.
Possessive wasn't exactly the word that the Mikaelson siblings would use when it came to Niklaus. Though, it was a bit obvious when he did get possessive or obsessed with something or someone. The possessiveness tended to happen when it was someone that he'd grown close to. Jackson had been that someone years ago.
He drinks from the man before him and gives a low growl at the taste. He does, however, eventually pull back enough to lick the line of blood that slips from his throat and nip it slightly. He pulls back a bit more fully and licks his lips, reaching up to brush blood away from the corner of his lips," Oh, that bayou blood still tastes exquisite."
There's a bit of a smirk there," You sure you don't need carried, love?"
Being fed on is always a strange sensation and it always felt taboo that
Jackson always ended up half hard if not completely hard whenever Klaus fed
on him. He kept his hand gripping the others shoulder all the way through
but it got weaker the longer Klaus fed.
Jack’s head rested on the wall behind him, looking at Klaus. His eyes slide
from his eyes to his lips, watching as he wiped blood away from his lips
and Jackson has a look of hunger of his own.
“Shut up,” Jackson exhales, but he could tell without moving that he
definitely wouldn’t be able to walk, at least not on his own.
Oh, he knew what being fed on did to Jackson. Knew what it did to quite a few people that were fed on by him or his siblings. Though, that didn't mean they all managed to be nice about it. Sometimes, just sometimes, more pain than pleasure was involved. Or, you had people who pissed off his older brother, Elijah, and hearts were ripped out. That was fun to watch. Ruined his own fun, but he loved watching his brother work.
He gives a bit of a smirk before picking Jackson up in what most would consider a bridal carry," Surely, you're not going to object, love. It would give us quite a few looks as we walk through the French Quarter."
One of Jackson's arms wrapped around the back of the other's neck. He doesn't object even though he wanted to point out they could have just gotten to the compound first before Klaus fed. It mattered little. It wouldn't take Klaus long to get them there.
Instead of objecting, though, he reaches his free hand to up the other's chin and lean in to kiss him. He could taste his own blood there and it was a brief kiss but hungry for more.
He kisses Jackson back and hoists him up a bit more. Oh, he could've waited
until they got to compound to feed on Jackson, but that's not what he'd
wanted to do. Waiting would've driven the young Mikaelson a little crazy.
He does, however, give a bit of a smirk.
"Oh, I plan on it."
Which meant walking through the French Quarter while carrying Jackson.
There were probably eyes on them the whole entire way.
