Okay, I'll be landing soon.

Just... tell everyone I'm not there to hurt them. This could be a bit shocking.

Alright then. Pack a change of clothes.

[And with that he doesn't talk anymore. Instead he'd focused on getting the shuttle to land near the werewolf encampment.]

[loyaltydna]

[ Aiden packs up a change of clothes as instructed into a small rucksack, exhaling as he steps out of his small trailer. He’d done his best to warn his folks but he’s not even exactly sure what to expect himself. ]

[hybrid_prince]

[Well, it's definitely a small golden shuttle. And Teddy smiles as he steps off of the ship.]

Aiden? Love?

[loyaltydna]

[ Most of the pack is scarce, hanging far back but still managing to steal glances of the shuttle. Aiden moves toward it once it stops moving and Teddy is stepping out of it. He’s still nervous. He doesn’t much like flying in an airplane and this is a whole lot of steps past a plane. He smiles and wraps his arms around Teddy’s neck and presses his lips to his for a kiss. He’s sure with Teddy everything would be fine, though. ]

[Teddy meets Aiden's kiss by picking him up and swinging him around, delighted. Once he puts the man down he waves at the pack, but speaks to Aiden in a stage whisper.]

I wish I wasn't so weird to them.

[loyaltydna]

[ Aiden laughs as he’s swung around and maybe he flushed just a little and he intently does not look around right away and just keeps his eyes on Teddy as he drops his arms down.

He chuckles.]

Everyone is weird to them.

[ No attempt at a stage whisper at all. ]

I know I have to be worse.

[He pulls Aiden with him up the ramp and into the ship.]

The autopilot should get us up without needing to worry.

[loyaltydna]

Maybe a little bit but they still like you.

[ And it's true. They might think him weird and a little scary at times but they do like him and he has been accepted by them. He moves up the ramp and into the ship and his stomach is doing flip flops. ]

Uh huh...

[hybrid_prince]

[That's a relief. SUCH a relief.]

Here.

[He closes the ramp and the ship is all sleek and metal inside. He guides the other man to the cockpit and starts touching the holodisplays.]

[loyaltydna]

[ Aiden looks all around and he's nervous, but he's trying not to show it. He follows him and he's being careful not to touch anything at all. This level of technology had really been beyond his imagination. He's quiet as he watches and takes it all in. ]

[The ship starts to take off and Teddy takes Aiden's hand again.]

The view from the bedroom is amazing.

[loyaltydna]

[ Aiden inhales a little as they take off and he’s still trying to hide how nervous he is though his hand clutches a bit tightly onto Teddy’s. ]

Yeah?

[hybrid_prince]

[Teddy nods and smiles, leading Aiden away from the cockpit. And thus, coincidentally, away from any view ports until they get to the bedroom. By which time they're already in orbit, so it's just stars in the window.]

[ Aiden lets the other lead him to the bedroom, finding this whole experience very surreal and keeping a tight hold on the other's hand as they do enter the bedroom. It's beautiful. He inhales and holds just staring for a moment. ]

[Teddy smiles at the view.]

Beautiful, right? So many stars. YOu can't see this many from Earth.

[loyaltydna]

[ Even in the middle of nowhere you can't see so many stars and Aiden can appreciate the view even if he's still struggling to feel comfortable with the idea that he's so far from the ground. ]

It's very beautiful.
