Gar feels his heart stop for a moment and his stomach flipping. He definitely is caught off guard but he knows he can’t show it, can’t say that word again but god he wants too.

He just hugs his arms around him, pressing his lips to the others jaw.

Good thing he doesn't say it. Tommy would flip out if he knew he slipped up. Which is interesting. For now he smiles at the lips on him.

"We're supposed to eat. Should I open the cheese for the meat?

[garrrr]

Gar nips ar Tommy’s jaw and gives a dramatic sigh.

“Yes.”

"You're just a silly man," Tommy laughs as he reaches past his boyfriend to get some meat on a stick. "You want first bite?"

[garrrr]

“Why am I silly now?” Gar questions and nods. He relents on pressing kisses to the others jaw and neck, settling a bit more comfortably into his lap.

"Because you look so... I don't know. Soft right now. In an exciting way."

Like Tommy means the world to him.

“I look... soft in an exciting way?” Gar questions because he actually isn’t totally sure what Tommy means by that. But Tommy definitely does mean the world to him.

“You look soft and happy, and it’s making my heart race. So yeah, in an exciting way.”

[garrrr]

Gar still can hear the words that Tommy hadn't meant to say but he knew were true. His hand pressed over the other's heart, fingertips curling slightly there. He loves him so much, it's so hard not to say the words again.

"I'm very happy."

"Good," Tommy agrees, and then he offers the meat to Gar. "Munch this."

[garrrr]

Gar grins as he leans to take the meat, chewing and settles in a bit more.

“Just gonna make me want more meat,” yes, that’s a pervy pun.

"Pervert," Tommy laughs, shaking his head. But he moves to dip more food into cheese for himself. "You are such a dirty young man."

[garrrr]

"And what should you do with dirty young men?" Gar asks, snickering a little bit. He eats some more but he's starting to get full. He always gets full before Tommy which isn't particularly surprising.

"Well, after I feed them, I take them to my bed and eat them all up."

Tommy, of course, has to eat a lot more of the foods left for them. But yeah, the sky seems to be fading out into proper night now.

"You don't have to go all the way to the bed if you don't want to," Gar hums, just resting his head on the other's shoulder as Tommy kept eating. The sky and the view was still beautiful even post sunset.

Well, they do have to get off of the balcony. Otherwise, they definitely have a lot of things to be said about their lives. He hums thoughtfully and pulls the cart closer to him to reach for food without having to sit up.

"This vacation was the best plan. I already know it."

[garrrr]

"I have great ideas don't I?" Gar laughs and presses a few kisses to Tommy's shoulder and then up to the bare skin of his neck.

"We have so many things to do tomorrow."

"You make the plans. I'll just make sure I make you melt," Tommy offers, his voice low and leading.

[garrrr]

Gar exhales at the other's voice, feeling a shiver rolling down his spine. He wraps his arms around the other's shoulders.

"You almost done eating?"

[doubled_speed]

"Nah. Too much fucking fighting today. I need to, like, SERIOUSLY devour all this."

[garrrr]

Gar groans and squeezes his arms slightly. "Okay, okay."

[doubled_speed]

"Get yourself a nice bath but don't, you know, fall asleep. I intend to treat you so good tonight. In close reach of this view," Tommy grins.

HE wants to bask in it all. In going slow because he wants to and not because he needs to.

"Guess I won't be a dirty boy anymore," Gar jokes and he steals a quick kiss but moves to slip off the other's lap.

He'll strip and leave a trail of clothes as he gets to the bathroom and the giant tub that it has.

"Oh, you're dirty to your core," Tommy purrs. He definitely works through the food and not too long after Gar goes he's following, stripping clothes off as he goes to follow his lover.

And when he shows up in the bathroom with the massive tub, he grins.

"damn babe, you look great."

Gar just grins back at Tommy with that comment. He likes it when Tommy calls him dirty. It always feels sexy. Maybe he’s a bit fucked up for finding it to be such a turn on.

When Tommy shows up naked, Gar props his chin on the rim of the tub looking him over. Yeah. That’s the sort of meat he’s hungry for now.

“Almost as good as you.”
