Huaisang smiles slightly at that and shakes his head. He finds that Qinghe and the Unclean Realm treats him fairly as a Nie. He isn't what is expected of a Nie but all the same he smiles a little more.

"Together we will do well."

Together. Billy smiles. He doesn't think he's heard something so good in a while.

"We'll do all we can," Billy agrees. "We will keep your land safe. Very safe."

Huaisang nuzzles him and steals another kiss. "Thank you husband."

Husband. Yes. His beloved husband. Billy smiles and kisses the other man's neck.

"More in the morning?"

Huaisang grins and tilts his head. His fingers curl into the others hair briefly as he cuddles in close to him.

“Of course.”

"Good," Billy grins. "And if you wake in the night... wake me?"

Because he's definitely going to celebrate his honeymoon.

"Mm, you're going to be very spoiled when I'm done with you," Huaisang hums. "You better rest up."

"I think we're going to spoil each other," Billy laughs as he snuggles up even further. He whispers a bit under his breath, weaving a spell to clean them up. And once that had faded and they were nice and clean, he closed his eyes.

"Love you."

Billy really did just enable Huaisang’s habit toward laziness and ease. He kisses his shoulder once more and closes his eyes tiredly.
