[ Nitori still can’t believe that Reo had picked him up in a limo, with a personal driver on their first date. It’s kind of unbelievable and a bit overwhelming… so this time even though, Reo had sorta decided the plan for the day, Nitori insisted on meeting him at the cafe instead of getting picked up.
So, he arrives in jeans and a blue sweater a few minutes early, texting Reo to see if he’s already. He messes with his hair, hoping it looks good still after his walk. ]
[Reo arrives precisely on time, entering the coffee shop with a smile. It's getting cooler, so he's in a thick coat and a warm looking scarf, with just some jeans and converse visible underneath.]
[He was half way through texting his reply when he happens to glance around the tables and see his date waiting, causing Reo to flash a smile and a little wave as he makes his way over.]
[ There's a hint of light teasing in his words. He smiles shyly at Reo who looks really good today. He always looks good but somehow the scarf just really suits him. ]
Ah.. well.. she's kind of scary, though... And I don't really mind walking!!
[ Nitori says quickly, kicking himself for admitting that he thought Baya was scary and that probably makes him seem really lame... He wills himself not to flush and is minimally successful. ]
Ah, no... I haven't been here that long... and I wanted to wait for you.

[Reo definitely uses his money for more nefarious reasons, it is so easy to bribe people to do things that you want after all, especially broke-ass teenagers, but he also uses it to spoil his friends, to make them happy. Yet deep down, somewhere he doesn't wish to contemplate, that fear of abandonment also pushes him to become a people please, and money is often the easiest option.
But nothing so serious is going on here right now. He simply wishes to spoil his date!]
[ Nitori hesitates but then he relents, blushing. He's going to believe that Reo will never think that he'd ever take advantage of his wealth. He settles on a very sweet frozen drink that he'd probably get evil-eyed over if some people saw his choice but that's okay! ]
Oh! Well, I qualified to get to race in the medley next tournament so training has been picking up for that.
