[Jean had spent his time studying and trying to study​ but thinking about Kevin instead and the fact that it was going to be a very long month before he got to see him again.

He contemplates the idea of drinking. There's plenty of alcohol available but somehow the idea of drinking without Kevin to take care of him is upsetting. When his phone does ring he picks it up on the first and doesn't care how that might seem.] Kevin.

[It likely won't be jean that tells him the ugly truth at the end of the day. He doesn't mind the hypocrisy much himself anyway.

He smiles at the sound of Kevin's voice, brief, before biting his lip sharply and exhaling.]

I know. How is everything?

I miss you too. [ He chews his lip a little. ] Are you feeling demoralized?

Not everyone can be like you. [ There's a hint of amusement in Jean's voice. ]

You know, I'm glad no one else is like you.

One is enough. [ One of Jean. One of Kevin. ]

I'm not sure I'd want more than one of me.
