WuXian at the very least didn't look like he had been impatient when WangJi came in even if WangJi knew that he had been. But he was very glad that WangJi was back as soon as he possibly could be. It was always nice to have him home after that.

WuXian stood and walked over to him, reaching out to take his hand before leaning in to kiss him. "Can I get you anything? Do you want some tea?"

Take care of hubby first and foremost.

Wangji smiles as the other takes his hand and he meets him in the kiss. It's a chaste kiss.

"Mm," he nodded, tea would be good. A moment to unwind.

A chaste kiss... but that's still a good kiss in his opinion. The night was still early after all. There was time for more kissing.

"Let me get it for you." He gave WangJi's hand one more squeeze before he finally released it and headed to make tea for WangJi.

"The night hunt went well, I take it?" he called back over his shoulder.
