Of course it's awkward. For one thing Billy had also been put in robes and he didn't really know how to move around in them. For another, his family wasn't here for this ceremony, save for his twin who was clearly held back from complaining by some other force. And, of course, there was the fact that neither of them had been fully down for this. But...

But the redeeming grace had been that first meeting and the few meetings in between. The saving thing had been that over time he'd grown fond of his betrothed. The simple fact was that the only reason he was fidgeting and looking uncomfortable and all of that was because, well... they were married now.

"You know, no one will know if we, uh... don't?"

Not that he didn't want to. It was just, well, how would anyone know? And Billy? Actually a blushing virgin. His skin was almost crimson right now in the nervousness of this.

Huaisang thinks red looks really good on Billy. He'd known the ceremony had been strange for the other and he'd seen the looks from the other's brother. Guilt twists in his stomach about it. Their first meeting had sprouted affection, the other interested in something he cared about, helping him with it in a way no one else could have. And their conversations had become easier over the next visits.

His fingers tighten a little on the fan at the suggestion.

"Don't put it past them to know a way," he says simply, his eyes taking in the other's appearance, his expression and it's not hard to surmise...

"You haven't before... have you?"

Red was a very good color on Billy, he'd just prefer it not on his face. Or on his twin's face as part of Tommy's still overwhelming rage.

Huaisang takes another step closer and then another, his fan going to hook on his sash as he touches the other's arm, fingers curling around it gently.

"I'm the one that's sorry," he says and there's a sadness in his voice. At least he had had time with someone he loved, someone he chose. "I'm sorry you didn't get to choose..."

Huaisang hadn't chosen this marriage either. His fingers tighten a little more. "I'm experienced. It will be fine."

Experienced. At least one of them is. Billy blushes deeper, looking away.

“I get all of it in theory. I’m so sorry. I know you didn’t want any of this, I just don’t know what to do. I’ve never even seen a guy naked before.”

Huaisang lets go of his arm and he looks down as he starts to undo his robes, more elaborate wedding robes than the average robe but he still makes quick work, shoving the outer robes off leaving him in his light robes and trousers beneath.

"I can show you. And... I can help guide you if you end up needing it."

Oh god, oh god, oh god he’s taking off his clothes. Billy’s eyes are wide. He wishes he had a fan, to hide his face.

“Oh god,” he whispers in German. “Yeah, I mean, we have to, right?”

Huaisang looks down at the question, his hands clenching at his sides for a moment.

"I'm sorry," he says again, his eyes still cast downward.

“Please don’t apologize,” Billy whispers, looking up and taking a step forward. And then his hand, which had come up, goes back down to his side.

“I’m not.. going to be any good.”

Huaisang can sense him getting closer and he looks back up at him again, his hand reaching to take the other's, lacing their fingers together.

"I'm sure you'll be good, a lot of it should start to come natural if you relax."

Well, at least that earns a bit of laughter from Billy. Of course what he was saying was silly. Silly enough to melt just a touch of nerves.

“You know me, A-Sang, my dear. I’m not natural at anything but my magic, and I’m anxious over even that.”

Huaisang bites at the corner of his own lip and he doesn't know how to make the other feel more comfortable, relax.

"I'm not good at much of anything," Huaisang reminds him but he smiles again, trusting one of the things he is good at -- acting. His hands move then to work off the light robes, working down his trousers and there's nothing hiding him from the other's view. He's usually confident in hid body, his looks but he doesn't really know what Billy likes, if he's what he likes. Tentatively he reaches for the other's hand but this time it's to guide it to his bare hip.

"I do," he says when he comes out of the kiss to breathe. "I trust you."

Huaisang smiles at the answer and he tilts his head to kiss him again. His hands start from his shoulders and lightly caress downward over his robes until he gets to the sash and then he's undoing it, slowly undressing his new husband with confidence though his fingers shake betraying any calm he can project.

Billy's aware of the shaking. It's okay. He's shaking too as he meets the new kiss, his hand finally getting the bravery to stroke up and down Huaisang's side. Exposure therapy. It's a good thing that has him finally reaching up with his free hand to start undoing all of the lovely decorations in his lover's hair. He wanted it free to run his fingers through.

Huaisang feels something in him calm just a little as the other's touch turns to a stroke, and he shivers at the touch on a sensitive area of his side before the other's hands are at his hair. That feels even more intimate for Huaisang and he smiles against the kiss before he gently pushes the heavier outer robes open, working them off until they spill to the ground, followed by the lighter robes soon after but he doesn't make a move to push the other's trousers down yet.

He slowly breaks the kiss, his lips brushing over the other's cheek.

Shirtless earns a small shiver from Billy, because he's cold here. Just a touch. But the heat of the other man's body is enough for now, especially with the tender touch.

"Should we find the bed, my husband?" Billy whispers, one hand stroking through the dark curtains of Huaisang's hair to smooth it out, the other gliding back down to just briefly get a chance to slip over the other man's ass. Which makes Billy's heart race.

Huaisang smiles and there's a thrill at the other's hand on his ass even if briefly. He takes the other hand and pulls him to the partition and on the other side is the bed. He kisses him again, fingers squeezing the other's hand before pulling him down onto the bed with him.

"What do you know?" he asks, his head tilting to press a few kisses to the other's shoulder and the curve of his neck while he lets him answer.

The bed. Even seeing it has his heart pounding in his chest.

“I’ve... well, I’ve pleasured myself in any way I can imagine. But never, you know, with another.”

He could basically just magic up what toys he needed, but not the people.

Huaisang nods at that and he hasn't let go of the other's hand as he shifts further back onto the bed.

“I mean, the sorts of things most guys work I think,” Billy sighs, because he really doesn’t know. “Let’s figure it out together? We’re supposed to do stuff together, we can learn this too.”

Huaisang is nervous even if he has the experience and trying to seem confident has him on edge. But he really just wants to make sure Billy has a good time, there's a regret that the other's first time is going to be like this, a sort of coerced clause in the agreement between clans in their marriage arrangement.

"I'm just worried you won't like it," by it he means me more than he means the sex.

“It’s with you. That’s more than enough,” Billy promises, wearing a soft and nervous smile. “You’re sort of amazing.”
